My great online pedagogical experience




My name is Linda Yiseth Paredes Peralta, I belong to the last semester of Bachelor of Arts in English as a foreign language.

This portfolio is a culmination of the work of three stages during the course pedagogical experience II, after conducting five courses on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

I consider the space given by the university UNAD has been so important for my professional development and has let me practice the role as an online English teacher with the English conversation students, which offered me the chance to apply the abilities that I have acquired during my training period for teaching a class session.

*     I have a good level or knowledge of my subject area due to I’ve worked during some years as an English teacher.  I consider I handle grammar, vocabulary, and the four skills with a high level of proficiency, which it is important because I can transmit the knowledge in a correct way to the learners. *      I have respectful relationships with the students, that let them respect the class and be motivated. There were rules since the moment I was before the class, I consider that team work and respect let learners to have a clear way to behave themselves and with the class, in general. *      I consider I have good classroom management skills because of that the lessons begin and finish at the corresponding time, teaching the whole lesson.
